- Mempunyai keahlian bagus dalam melaksanakan fitur lunak Ms. Office( Word, Excel, Ppt, serta sejenisnya)
- Mempunyai keahlian buat berlatih serta menyesuaikan diri dengan kilat kepada pergantian situasi industri yang dinamis
- Mempunyai keahlian komunikasi yang bagus dengan cara lidah serta tertulis
- Mau bertugas dalam shift
- Mempunyai komitmen buat membagikan mutu jasa klien cocok standar yang ditetapkan
- Mempunyai keahlian buat bertugas menjajaki ceruk kegiatan Customer Care di Gerai Pintar
Tanggung Jawab
- Menanggulangi seluruh klien Gerai Cerdas( kawan kerja& non kawan kerja) lewat chat, email, serta telepon
- Melaksanakan pembuatan karcis serta melanjutkan kasus pada bagian bidang usaha terkait
- Menolong komunikasi yang mudah serta efisien antara kawan kerja& bagian bidang usaha dalam dalam menuntaskan permasalahan
- Menanggulangi keluhkesah dari semua kawan kerja Gerai Pintar
- Melaksanakan broadcast catatan pada semua kawan kerja Gerai Cerdas( bila dibutuhkan)
- Melaksanakan peliputan kemampuan harian
