We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Assistant to provide support to our clients:
Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.
Selling products and taking orders. Arranging services for customers( back instruksi for example)
Missions:
• Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products
• Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
• Handle customer complaints or concerns
• Batang kayu all contacts in our customer database system accurately
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying and filling
• Generate weekly reports for management
Persyaratan
• Degree in Communication atau Business atau Customer Service or equivalent
• Required languages: English& Indonesia
• Outstanding phone and email etiquette
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to report Data
• Strong sense of improvement
• Self- motivated and“ can- do” attitude
Nice to Have:
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or an administrative role
